EPOS-scholarship option for IUSD Double Degree program\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

The DAAD offers a limited number of full scholarships for students from a wide range of countries (see\u00a0DAC-List<\/span><\/a><\/span>) studying in the IUSD Double Degree program. The scholarships are provided through the EPOS program and cover the entire duration of the course (including travel costs to both countries).\u00a0EPOS scholarships are only available for the Double Degree program studying the first year in \u00a0Stuttgart, and second year in Cairo. <\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Please note:<\/strong> <\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

– Applying for the EPOS scholarship requires at least two years of\u00a0 program related professional working experience.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

– You need to check your <\/em>eligibility individually on www.daad.de<\/span><\/span> (search EPOS post graduate program)<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

EPOS application<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

If you would like to apply for the EPOS scholarship, you would have to submit your academic application and documents at BOTH universities through the online portals AND submit the EPOS application and documents until July 29th<\/sup><\/strong> to the epos email address: epos@iusd.uni-stuttgart.de<\/span><\/a><\/u>, attaching \u00a0the following separate documents:<\/span><\/p>\n

1. DAAD application form<\/span><\/a> <\/span><\/p>\n

2. Curriculum Vitae (using the Europass Specimen Form for the CV<\/a><\/u><\/span>)\u00a0<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

3. Two Recommendation letters at least (one academic and one professional)<\/span><\/p>\n

Please note:\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Academic Letter\/-s of recommendation from your university; the letter must have a signature and official stamp and must be of recent date (not in a sealed envelope)<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Professional Letter\/-s of recommendation from your employer; the letter must have a signature and official stamp and must be of recent date (not in a sealed envelope). The letters should proof a work experience for the past two years. <\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Certificate(s) of employment from the employer in the home country and if possible, a guarantee of re-employment upon returning home<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

4. Application form EPOS-funded Double Degree\u00a0download form<\/a><\/em><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Please note:<\/strong> You need both registration numbers of both universities to fill out the form.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Erasmus+ Student Exchange<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

IUSD Students enrolled at University\u00a0 of Stuttgart and Ain Shams Univerisyt have the opportunity to benefit from Erasmus+ programme to travel for a One-Semester Exchange at the other university\u00a0 during their third semester. Students will be offered travel allowance and monthly stipend for a period up to 6 months. For more information, please contact IUSD office<\/span><\/p>\n

External Scholarships for IUSD Stuttgart or IUSD Cairo<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n
